I help professionals and managers design and implement strategies to fuel the client service culture within their businesses. In addition, I support their initiatives to keep clients for life and obtain new mandates.
First a partner of Liette Monat Business Strategies Inc., today with SATELLITE, we continue the mission and activities of our loyal colleague Liette, now retired. To date, I have trained and coached over 23,000 professionals and have given numerous conferences on Business Development and Client Service in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia.
I love to travel and most of all I love people, deeply. I love human contact. That's what drives me and makes me the happiest. In short, I am an adventurer at heart! In fact, I am getting closer to my dream of sailing around the world. Life is now!

I am passionate about people, marketing, and communication. For more than 20 years I have applied these passions and helped professionals and businesses improve their communication to better sell themselves.
The rigorous methods developed by Liette Monat and Paule Marchand were groundbreaking to me. Now I am dedicated to empowering business people and enabling them to develop long-term profitable relationships.
What motivates me? Seeing others transform and reach their full potential through improved communication skills.
On a more personal note, I also believe in the transformational power of a healthy lifestyle. Eating well and exercising invigorate us. I love experimenting with new recipes and have explored the use of superfoods in meals. I have found they give me the energy I need for all activities; work, running and my active lifestyle!
